Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service, client handling, or relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in sales or account management roles
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
