We are looking for a Service Captain to promote and ensure guest satisfaction. He should be able to encourage team members through training and empowerment.
Responsibilities :
- Greeting guests and escorting them to the table
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate order details to Kitchen staffs
- Collect bill payment.
Work Experience : 2 to 3 Years
Qualification :
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Previous experience in reservations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam North, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
