Job Title: Executive - Customer Relationship Nashik

Job Summary : Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering
- 5-6 years of professional experience, with a background transitioning from Production/Project roles into Customer Relationship, Sales, or Marketing
- Proven ability to communicate, and influence at various organizational levels, from technical staff to executive management
- High proficiency in creating and delivering skilled presentations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various levels of the organization
- Coordinate with internal teams (Proposal, process, sales) to ensure timely delivery and service
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients
- Monitor customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement

- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
