Overview

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Handle cashiering responsibilities including processing payments accurately and managing cash transactions
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
- Buss tables, clear dishes, and support overall restaurant cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance customer experience through effective communication
- Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests




- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in cashiering, upselling, and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in a café or grocery store setting

Pay: ₹9,680.72 - ₹49,297.96 per month
