We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Jalandhar Office and communicating directly with Accounts Manager at Canadian Office location Milton, ONTARIO, CANADA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our financial health and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely processing of invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software Quickbook for data entry and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all accounts receivable activities.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Requirements :
- Bachelors or Master degree in Accounting is an asset.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
- Robust Communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting software QuickBooks and data entry processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers regarding payment terms.
- Experience in customer service is highly valued.
