Qualifications : Strong customer-facing skills, including experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.

Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience in every interaction.

Familiarity with Customer Service Representative responsibilities,



including handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.

Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software to log and manage customer interactions.

Proven problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.

Ability to work on-site in Patna, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving processes.

Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or IT services environment is an advantage; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
