Responsibilities

- Greeting : Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Taking orders : Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
- Serving : Serve food and drinks to guests, adhering to service standards
- Preparing tables : Set tables for dining, ensuring that they are clean and properly equipped
- Providing recommendations : Recommend food and beverage selections, and up-sell when appropriate
- Ensuring customer satisfaction : Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to meet guest expectations
- Maintaining cleanliness : Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of patrons
- Following procedures : Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards

Skills and requirements





- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
- Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
