Job Vacancy: Sales Associate (In-Store) - In Wadala East.

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and persuasive Sales Associate to join our retail team!

Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Engagement : Welcome customers, understand their needs, and educate them about our various organic products.
- Sales & Promotion : Enthusiastically pitch products, share the story behind our brand, and drive store sales.
- Store Operations : Weigh items accurately, pack products neatly, and maintain a clean, organized display.
- Billing : Handle the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system for smooth, accurate billing when required.

What We Are Looking For :

- Language Fluency : Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English to confidently assist our diverse customer base.
- Sales Skills : A natural ability to talk to people,



understand customer psychology, and close a sale.
- Attributes : Polite, well-mannered, punctual, and eager to learn about organic farming and products.
- Experience : Prior experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is a plus, but a great attitude is what matters most!
