We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive for our FMCG retail outlet. The role involves customer handling, sales, billing, stock management, and maintaining store hygiene and display standards.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers and promote FMCG products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately
- Maintain proper product display and shelf arrangement
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Check product quality and expiry dates (FIFO / FEFO)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Support ongoing promotions and offers

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of FMCG retail experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Honest, punctual, and target-driven.

Education

- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree.

Preferred Background

- Supermarket, grocery store, modern trade, or retail chain experience.
- Experience : FMCG Retail - minimum 1 year (preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
