- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display.
- Manage inventory and inform the supervisor about stock requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support store operations such as opening and closing procedures.
Requirements :
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (Fresher can also apply).
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Salary
₹10,000 - ₹14000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives.
