- Customer Service & Sales : Greet customers, offer styling advice, and use product knowledge to maximize sales and meet targets.
- Visual Merchandising : Maintain, clean, and organize the sales floor, displays, and fitting rooms to industry standards.
- Inventory Management : Receive, restock, and inventory garments to ensure product availability.
- Transactions : Accurately process payments, returns, and exchanges using POS software.
- Trend Awareness : Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabrics, and fit to advise customers effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience : Previous retail, fashion, or apparel sales experience is highly preferred.
- Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and handle inquiries.
- Product Knowledge : Understanding of fabrics, garment quality, and styling.
- Flexibility : Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
