- Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
- Guide members on proper exercise techniques
- Motivate and support members to achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the gym floor
- Build strong relationships with members
For Membership Consultant / Sales:
- Handle walk-ins and convert leads into memberships
- Explain membership plans and services to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and existing members
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle
- Prior experience in gym / sales is a plus (freshers can also apply)
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹36,497.55 per month
