Order Process Executive - Diamond & Jewellery Manufacturing

Position Summary

The Order Process Executive is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to final delivery, ensuring timely coordination between Sales, Production, Quality Control, Inventory, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. The role focuses on order accuracy, tracking, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management

- Verify order details including SKU, diamond specifications, metal type, size, quantity, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Create and process orders in ERP software.
- Generate order acknowledgments and share confirmation with customers/sales team.

Production Coordination

- Coordinate with Planning and Production departments for order execution.
- Monitor order status at each manufacturing stage.
- Follow up on pending orders and identify potential delays.
- Escalate critical issues affecting delivery commitments.

Inventory & Material Tracking

- Coordinate with inventory team regarding diamond and metal availability.
- Ensure required materials are allocated against confirmed orders.
- Track shortages and communicate expected timelines.

Quality & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with QC team for inspection and certification requirements.
- Ensure completed orders are ready for dispatch as per customer specifications.
- Verify shipping documentation before dispatch.





Customer & Sales Support

- Provide regular order status updates to sales representatives and customers.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
- Maintain professional communication with domestic and international customers.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate order records in ERP.
- Generate daily pending order reports.
- Prepare weekly delivery commitment reports.
- Maintain records of customer revisions, cancellations, and special requests.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Order Processing, Merchandising, Operations, or Customer Support.
- Experience in Diamond & Jewellery industry preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
