Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic salon services including:
- Hair cutting & basic styling
- Facials and clean-ups
- Manicure & pedicure
- Waxing and threading
- Ensure excellent customer service and hygiene standards :
- Educate clients about available clinic treatments and packages :
- Assist in converting salon clients into clinic treatment consultations
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, tools, and equipment
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services
- Support senior therapists and doctors during busy hours
- Maintain service records and client feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Training or certification in beauty therapy / salon services preferred
- Hands-on experience in basic salon treatments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude with sales orientation
- Willingness to learn advanced clinic procedures
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
Experience :
- 1-5 years of experience in a salon or beauty clinic preferred
- Freshers with good skillsets and learning attitude may also apply
