Position: International Sales Executive - UK ProcessKey Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate with customers to close sales.

Customer Interaction

- Deliver a professional and consultative sales experience.
- Understand customer pain points and provide value-driven solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

CRM & Reporting

- Accurately update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.




- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track sales performance and contribute to team goals.

Compliance & Quality

- Follow company policies, UK compliance guidelines, and sales processes.
- Ensure all customer information is handled securely and confidentially.
- Maintain high-quality standards during customer interactions.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional communication style.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong listening, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications :

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Experience in International Sales, UK Sales Process, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
