- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting garments based on their preferences
- Provide styling suggestions (size, fit, color combinations, trends)
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper display of clothes as per visual merchandising standards
- Ensure store cleanliness and attractive presentation
- Manage trial rooms and assist customers during fittings
- Handle billing, POS operations, and payments
- Keep track of stock, sizes, and inventory availability
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and recent collections
- Build customer relationships for repeat sales
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass
- 1-3 years of experience in apparel/retail sales
- Basic understanding of fashion trends and garments
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Presentable personality with a sense of style
- Ability to work on weekends and festive seasons
