Job Title: Showroom Billing Executive

Location: Quick Secure India Pvt. Ltd., Jamshedpur

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and generate accurate sales invoices using the billing software.

Verify item codes, quantities, prices, and applicable discounts before billing.

Process customer payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other digital payment methods.

Maintain daily billing records and reconcile cash and digital transactions at the end of the day.

Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies professionally.

Maintain sales records, billing reports, and update accounting data in Tally.

Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for smooth billing operations.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company billing procedures.

Provide excellent customer service at the billing counter.





Requirements : Minimum Education: Graduation

Experience in Billing is Mandatory.

Working knowledge of Tally is Mandatory.

Familiarity with billing software, POS systems, and MS Excel.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Salary & Benefits

Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)
