Solid Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and handle queries effectively.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques, and the ability to identify potential clients and close deals successfully.
- Experience in Customer Support and Interaction, focused on understanding and meeting client requirements.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or related domains will be a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
