Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and needs
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, and offers to customers
- Guide customers to the appropriate counters and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team
- Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Handle billing support and basic documentation if required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of jewellery items
- Stay updated on current jewellery trends and collections
Required Skills :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
- Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, silver) preferred
- Sales and convincing skills
- Ability to handle walk-in customers efficiently
