Job Summary: Key Responsibilities

- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Keep up to date with changes in visa regulations and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and documentation.
- Provide guidance on interview preparation and travel requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Qualifications :





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling, immigration services, or customer support (preferred).
- Familiarity with visa documentation and embassy procedures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
