Job Summary : The Club Experience Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to members by managing memberships, assisting in sports and recreational activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day club operations. This role combines customer service, sales, and on-ground activity support .

Key Responsibilities:Member Experience & Front Desk :

- Welcome and assist members and guests in a professional manner
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all members

Membership Sales & Coordination :

- Promote and sell club memberships
- Explain membership plans, pricing, and perks
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into members
- Maintain accurate records of leads and memberships
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets

Sports & Activity Management :

- Assist members in sports facilities (gym, swimming, indoor/outdoor games)
- Ensure proper usage of equipment and facilities
- Help in organizing and managing sports activities and batches




- Maintain discipline and safety standards

Operations & Maintenance :

- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of club areas
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues
- Assist in daily operational tasks as required

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Interest in sports, fitness, or hospitality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
