- Location: Khalapur

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support enrollment processes.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality.
- Upsell programs and resolve customer queries promptly.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service - aviation/training institute background preferred. Open to freshers as well.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a positive attitude.
