We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. You will plan and create, curate memorable travel experiences for clients, ranging from domestic weekend getaways to complex international vacations. The goal is to provide exceptional customer service, turning inquiries into long-term loyal clients while maximizing sales and satisfying diverse travel preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Trip Customization : Create personalized, detailed itineraries (flights, hotels, transport, activities) tailored to client budgets and interests, for both domestic and international destinations.
- Booking Management : Utilize GDS systems (like Amadeus or Sabre) and supplier portals to book flights, hotel accommodation, car rentals, and tour packages.
- Destination Expertise : Advise clients on travel destinations, local customs, currency, weather, and tourist attractions.
- Regulatory Compliance : Provide accurate information on visa requirements, passport validity, vaccination protocols, and travel insurance.
- Client Support :



Manage bookings from inquiry to completion, handling payments, issuing tickets, and offering 24/7 support during travel disruptions or emergencies.
- Sales & Growth : Meet or exceed sales targets, promote special packages, and build a lasting client base.

Requirements and Skills

- Proven work experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
- Knowledge of computer reservations systems (GDS), travel technology, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to upsell products.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field is a plus.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,253.34 - ₹30,000.00 per month
