Job Summary

Rob Tech World is looking for a confident, disciplined and result-oriented Telecalling Executive - Digital Marketing Sales .

Key Responsibilities

- Contact local businesses through telephone calls and WhatsApp.
- Build targeted business lists using Google Maps, business directories and online research.
- Speak with business owners, doctors, managers, directors and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Rob Tech World’s website development, SEO, Google Business Profile and digital marketing services.
- Identify businesses with weak websites, poor Google rankings, inactive social media or incomplete Google Business Profiles.
- Send personalised website and Google Business Profile audit videos.
- Schedule online, telephone or office meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads and other marketing campaigns.
- Confirm scheduled meetings and send reminders.
- Collect basic requirements from potential clients.
- Maintain complete records of calls, responses, meetings and follow-up dates.
- Update the daily sales tracker, Google Sheet or CRM.
- Coordinate with the website, SEO and digital marketing teams for audit preparation.
- Follow up on proposals sent to potential clients.
- Submit a daily activity and performance report.

Daily Performance Targets

- Add at least 20 current businesses to the lead database.




- Make approximately 15-20 direct business calls.
- Have at least 5-8 meaningful conversations.
