Core responsibilities

- Lead and manage the team : Oversee day-to-day activities, set daily goals, and provide ongoing guidance and support to sales representatives.
- Develop strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
- Set targets : Establish and track sales targets for the team and individual members to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Coach and mentor : Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to help team members improve their skills and performance.
- Analyze performance : Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve sales tactics and outcomes.
- Foster relationships : Build and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate : Work with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and alignment with business goals.

Pay: ₹16,560.08 - ₹46,317.32 per month
