- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
Client Support Responsibilities
- Assist customers with software onboarding and user guidance.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution and implementation support.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement suggestions to the management team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in software sales, IT sales, SaaS sales, or customer support is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRMS, Admission Management, or Business Management Software.
