Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telesales Lead Conversion)
Job Description : This role involves daily calling of leads and converting them into orders. We are looking for a motivated and sincere Inside Sales Executive to handle customer leads and convert them into confirmed orders. This is an in-office role focused on calling, understanding customer needs, and driving sales. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with assigned leads on a daily basis
- Explain services clearly and address customer queries
- Convince and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Maintain basic records of calls and conversions
- 02 years of experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven work
- Clear communication in English and Hindi
- Confident, sincere, and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction is a plus What We Offer:
