Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage order processing, client communication, and relationship management. The role requires robust coordination skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales orders and coordinate dispatch processes
- Conduct daily calling and follow-ups with clients
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination
- Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG or distribution industry
- Familiarity with order management processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience :

- sales or customer handling: 1 year (required)
- FMCG: 1 year (required)
