Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and approach international buyers, importers, and wholesalers
- Generate leads through online platforms, exhibitions, and networking
- Present product catalogs and negotiate pricing and terms
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely order execution
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably export or B2B sales)
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of export processes is an advantage
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in handicrafts, jute, or eco-friendly products
