Location : Noida Sector 11 Experience Required : Minimum 1 Year in Insurance Sales
Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate recent sales leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Meet prospective clients and explain insurance products and benefits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Assist clients in completing documentation and policy formalities
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork
Preferred Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Local area knowledge of Noida and nearby regions
Salary & Perks :
