Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct cold calls and generate new leads
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring leads are converted into successful sales

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Participate in quarterly recognition and reward programs

Qualifications & Skills :

- 2-3 years of experience in US sales process

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills :

- Strong ability in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals :

- Self-motivated and target-driven
