Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct on-time site visits as per customer schedules
- Handle customer calls and respond promptly as per customer convenience
- Maintain strong customer relationships through professional verbal and written communication
- Achieve performance-based targets (low-pressure, incentive-based model)
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
- Follow workplace discipline, punctuality, and response timelines

Mandatory Requirements :

- English written communication - Mandatory
- Speaking skills: English, Hindi, and any one local language (minimum two languages required)
- Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle in good condition
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
- Professional dressing and grooming are mandatory at the workplace
- Availability for customer calls and site visits as required

- Prior experience in field sales or field customer relationship is preferred

INCENTIVES STRUCTURE : You will get incentives in following criteria Incentive structure 1: You should Confirm 1 lead per day like for 30 days 30 leads should be Confirmed You will get the Incentives of 10,000 INR /Month





Incentive Structure 2: Above 30 leads You should Confirm 50% of the Total Assigned leads or 40 leads per month in this case you will get 12,000 INR/Month

Incentive structure 3: Above 30 leads on Confirmation 0f 60% leads or 50 leads from assigned leads you get 14000 INR/month

Incentive Structure 4: Above 30 Leads on Confirmation of 70% Leads or 60 from assigned leads you get 16,000 INR/Month.

Incentive Structure 5: Above 30 leads on Confirmation of 75% of the leads from total assigned leads you will get salary + salary (Double amount)

Incentive Structure 6: If any Site Hired with the Reference, Will get paid 10% to 15% from Company profit in Particular site.

Incentive Structure 7. Add on incentives

- 15% to 20% and Based on Slab level Additional Percentage Will be Paid on Total Extra Add on amount on Home / Property / Construction Quality inspections and Water Leakage Detection Services
