Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Qualify leads provided and convert them into sales.

2. Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits .

3. Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.

4. Present interior design solutions and service packages to clients.

5. Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.

6. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals.

7. Maintain proper records of leads and client communication.

8. Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

9. Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills :

- Fluent English communication (mandatory) :

- Strong sales and negotiation skills :





- Positive client handling ability :

- Confident and professional personality

- Should be an expert in making proposal, presentations.

- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups :

- Basic understanding of interior design services is a plus

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- MBA or BBA (preferred)
- 2-3 years of sales experience (experience in interior design, real estate, or home solutions preferred)

Salary

- ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)
