This is a field-based role involving visits to pharmacies and medical stores across Indore.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies and medical stores in assigned areas
- Generate leads through field visits
- Convert leads into active customers
- Build strong relationships with pharmacy owners
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports
Requirements :
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales / B2C sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and client interaction
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Local market knowledge (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
