Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching for existing and new sales staff on lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Provide ongoing guidance to improve sales processes for in-house and field sales.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve collective sales targets and business development goals.
- Mentor staff on industry best practices specific to lighting and electronics products.
- Analyze sales performance, identify gaps,
and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Support high-impact business development activities, including strategy sessions and field accompaniment.
Requirements :
- 7+ years of qualified experience as a sales coach/trainer in the lighting & electronics industry.
- Proven track record of training sales teams to exceed targets.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced certifications in sales training.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
- Deep knowledge of lighting/electronics market trends, products, and sales cycles.
- Ability to travel for field sales support and workshops.
