Provide accurate product information, demonstrate products, and make recommendations to meet customer needs. Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders Contractors, Painters to drive sales of paint products. Convert Competition contractors and painters to increase the sales of the assigned store. Mapping of Ongoing and Upcoming retail project sites in the assigned territory. Continuous follow up for the project closure and ensure sales in maximum product portfolios. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising. Restock inventory, manage displays, and ensure shelves are fully stocked. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and current arrivals. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives and provide excellent customer service.
