How You Will Do It :

- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of Fire Detection products to support sales teams, consultants, and end users in design and specification.
- Liaise with R&D;, Training, Product Management,



and Technical Support to ensure proposals include technical solutions that meet customer needs according to Johnson Controls product strategies.
- Develop necessary design, technical, and marketing tools to support clients on existing and recent products.
- Maintain records of target opportunities, quotes, projects, contacts, and correspondence in company-approved databases to improve forecast accuracy.
- Demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive attitude, driving territory growth through exceptional planning, organization, and time management skills.

What We Look For :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 Years of work experience in technical sales or business development related to fire detection products.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Detection brands.
- High level prospecting skills and proactive behavior.
- Good command of the English language.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
- A results-driven mentality with a can-do attitude and ability to provide out-of-the-box solutions.
