- Identify and approach new clients (B2B / B2C depending on your business)

- Pitch company services/products confidently

- Close deals and achieve monthly & quarterly targets :

- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients :

- Coordinate with operations/HR/tech teams for smooth delivery

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements :

- Track competitors and suggest growth strategies :

- Maintain client database and sales reports

Skills Required :

- Strong communication & negotiation skills :

- Client-handling and convincing ability

- Basic understanding of sales funnels & CRM :

- Good knowledge of local market (very important)

- Presentable, confident, result-oriented

- English + Hindi (and local language is a big plus)

Experience Level (Flexible)

- Fresher with sales mindset OR
- 1-5 years experience in business development / sales / marketing
