Job Overview
We are seeking a Tele Sales - Solar Sales Coordinator (Female) to support our sales operations through effective customer communication, coordination, and follow-up. The role involves handling tele-sales activities, assisting the sales team, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry to project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound tele-sales calls related to rooftop solar projects
- Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead follow-ups and customer engagement
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Share quotations, GST/tax details, payment terms, and delivery timelines
- Maintain and update Sales MIS, customer data, and basic stock records
- Track customer projects and provide regular status updates
- Process sales orders accurately and within defined timelines
- Proactively inform customers about delays, changes, or issues
- Provide coordination support during and after installation when required
- Assist in sales promotions, offers, and marketing initiatives
- Ensure adherence to company policies and internal processes
Eligibility & Skills
- Previous experience in Tele Sales / Sales Coordination preferred
- Experience in solar or electrical industry is an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and digital record systems
- Professional attitude with a pleasant and approachable personality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to visit customer sites if required
- Flexible to work as per business needs
