Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute domestic and export sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage domestic customers, international customers, and distributors for products such as Paint Drier, PVC Stabilizers, Paint Additives, and Water-Based Paint materials.
- Drive new business development by exploring untapped domestic markets and overseas regions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to improve order conversion.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to customers.
- Manage end-to-end export operations , including documentation, Incoterms, shipping coordination, and compliance (for export orders).
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
- Conduct market research on pricing, competition, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, pricing records, and customer data in CRM or internal systems.
- Support price negotiations,



payment follow-ups, and credit control as per company policy.
- Represent the company at domestic and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings .
- Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market insights with management.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate internally to ensure customer satisfaction
- 2-10 years of experience in domestic and/or export sales of chemicals.
- Industry preference :Paints, Coatings, Inks, or Specialty Chemicals .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills .
- Good understanding of export documentation and logistics (for export role).
- Ability to manage multiple customers and markets independently.
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field .

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,059.06 per month
