Education Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Must Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Exposure to international sales or global client handling.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts aligned with global time zones.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Basic hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Required / Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of export-import operations and international trade.




- Prior experience in FMCG or global trade environment.
- Customer relationship and account management experience.
- Ability to perform international market research.
- Strategic thinking and sales planning capabilities.
- Cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
