- Counsel FMG students studying abroad regarding academic resources and exam preparation support
- Guide students about courses, subscriptions, and learning plans as per their needs
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong student relationships
- Handle sales inquiries and close enrollments professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students
- Maintain daily reports of calls, conversions, and feedback
Desired Qualities & Skills :
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Confident in counseling and sales conversation
- Good convincing and relationship-building ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM is a plus)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Patient and empathetic towards student concerns
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
