The Customer Coordinator - Sales acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer requirements from order to dispatch. This role is responsible for proactive communication, follow-up, coordination, and maintaining project timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Timely Sales Order Booking and Confirmation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order execution, updates, and coordination.
- Coordinate internally with Production, Quality, Purchase, Engineering, and Logistics to meet project and dispatch deadlines.
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), action trackers, and weekly updates with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, commitments, and progress using ERP and Excel-based dashboards.
- Monitor and follow up on customer trials, rework status,



and dispatch plans.
- Support in resolving customer complaints and ensure timely closure in coordination with the Quality team.

Required Skills and Strengths :

- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of industrial process
- Collaborative mindset with cross-department coordination
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP usage
- Good command over English, Marathi, and Hindi preferred

Job Types : Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
