Key Responsibilities : HR Strategy & Policy

- Formulate, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure adherence to all approved HR policies, procedures, and quality management systems
- Drive organizational culture development initiatives to build a positive and performance-driven work environment

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions as per organizational structure and manpower planning
- Prepare and review Job Descriptions (JDs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) for all roles
- Ensure optimal workforce utilization and succession planning

Performance & Capability Development

- Oversee Performance Management System (PMS), including coordination, supervision, reviews, and improvement initiatives
- Plan and execute training & development programs and monitor their effectiveness
- Identify competency gaps and implement learning interventions

Compensation, Budget & Administration

- Prepare and manage the annual HR & Admin budget
- Supervise payroll coordination, benefits administration, and cost control




- Oversee effective implementation of all administrative activities across the organization

Personnel Administration & Industrial Relations

- Supervise the functioning of the Personnel & Administration department
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations and manage employee engagement
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and dispute resolution effectively
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to separation

Legal, Statutory & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and legal obligations
- Manage statutory filings, licenses, returns, and audits
- Act as a liaison with government authorities and local bodies
- Handle labor inspections, legal cases, and external audits

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
