Job Title: Franchise Development Manager (Franchise Sales & Brand Expansion)

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR APPLICANTS : Key Responsibilities:

- Franchise Acquisition : Identify, pitch, and sign up new franchise partners for our brand across target regions.
- Lead Qualification : Filter and evaluate prospective franchisees based on their financial capability, business acumen, and alignment with brand values.
- Model Expertise : Present and explain business models clearly, including ROI, payback period, FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated), and FOCO (Franchise Owned Company Operated) models.
- Legal & Documentation : Handle the entire documentation process, including Letter of Intent (LOI) signing and Franchise Agreements.
- Market Expansion : Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations and territories for new outlets.
- Relationship Management : Maintain a strong pipeline of investors and property owners for quick onboarding.

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience : 2 to 5 years of core experience specifically in Franchise Sales / Brand Expansion .
- Proven Track Record : Must have successfully closed at least 5-10 franchise outlets for previous brands.
- Communication : Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.





Education & Benefits:

- Education : Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
- Compensation : Competitive Fixed Salary + High Performance-Based Incentives per franchise closure.

Target & Performance:

- Monthly Target: 3-5 Franchise Closures
- Average Deal Size: ₹1.5L+
- This is a target-driven role , and performance will be closely monitored

Incentives:

- Incentive: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per successful closure
