Requisite Qualification:

- The Job Description of this Position:

- 1. Curate and maintain high-quality digital content (text, audio, video) for asynchronous learning platforms (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, or similar) and Dharma Studies social media handles.

- 1. Coordinate online and hybrid events such as webinars, workshops, guest lectures, and retreats.

- 1. Support course design, faculty onboarding, and learning experience optimization for students.

Manage and regularly update the Institute’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest).

- 1. Develop and disseminate promotional materials to boost admissions, course participation, and event attendance.

- 1. Assist with online student admissions, onboarding, and communication to support retention and success.

- 1. Coordinate with editors, designers, faculty, and external partners to deliver polished, branded digital communications.

- 1. Use AI and digital tools for data collection, trend analysis, and research support.- 10. Support faculty and team members with podcast recording, editing, and publishing workflows.
