- Rising Star Secondary School _is interested in hiring a Female Hostel Warden for the hostel students

About us : Responsibilities : Being part of a fully residential campus, the Residence Life at RSOI plays a crucial role in fostering a safe and comfortable living environment, providing a "home away from home" experience for hostel students. It is dedicated to promoting the overall well-being of students—socially, emotionally, and culturally—while ensuring their respectful and friendly involvement in campus residence life. As a female hostel warden, your responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the hostel and ensuring adherence to campus policies.

2. Supporting students in their personal and academic development.

3. Facilitating community-building activities and events to enhance social engagement.

4. Addressing any concerns or issues raised by residents in a timely and effective manner.

5. Promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity among all students.

6. Collaborating with the Office of Residence Life to implement initiatives that enhance the living experience.

7. Providing guidance and support during conflicts or crises within the residence community.

8.



Monitoring the physical condition of the hostel and ensuring a clean and safe environment.

Your role is essential in creating a positive and supportive atmosphere within the residence halls, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of the students.

Qualifications and skills

- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree with Hostel experience, is an added advantage
- Experience in Hostel administrations and pastoral care in a full - fledged Residential School
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
