We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hostel Incharge to manage overall hostel operations, ensure student discipline, and maintain a safe and well-organized residential campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise hostel wardens and support staff
- Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and documentation
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and hostel maintenance
- Coordinate with school management and parents when required
- Handle student concerns and emergency situations effectively
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations

Requirements :

- Graduate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in hostel administration / residential campus management
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Positive communication and problem-solving ability




- Willingness to stay on campus
