Leading computer & computer Peripheral company requires Executive for Hardware Management & Support .

Experience: 4 years minimum

Hardware Management & Support

- Installation & Assembly : Assembling, disassembling, and configuring computer systems, including internal components like the CPU, RAM, motherboards, and power supplies .
- Peripheral Support : Installing and maintaining printers, scanners, modems, and external storage devices.
- System Upgrades : Upgrading physical hardware (e.g., swapping HDDs for SSDs) and updating BIOS/UEFI settings to ensure compatibility with current software.
- Inventory & Audits : Maintaining an accurate inventory of all physical assets and performing periodic audits to track equipment health.

Network Infrastructure & Administration

- Design & Deployment : Designing and setting up functional networks, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and WLAN (Wireless).
- Device Configuration : Configuring and managing essential networking hardware such as routers, switches,



and wireless access points .
- Physical Connectivity : Managing data cabling, including crimping, testing, and terminating copper or fiber optic cables.
- Performance Monitoring : Tracking network health (bandwidth, latency, and packet loss) using tools like SolarWinds or Nagios to prevent outages

Security & Maintenance

- Network Security : Implementing firewalls, VPNs , and intrusion prevention systems (IPS) to protect data from unauthorized access or cyber-attacks.
- Disaster Recovery : Performing regular data backups and executing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity after a failure.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnosing and resolving complex connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, and software conflicts

Pay: ₹30,145.20 - ₹40,193.19 per month
