Karate.Support and Karate.net.in are building a next-generation global ecosystem dedicated to martial arts education, athlete development, instructor empowerment, federation management, digital transformation, and international collaboration.

We're seeking an accomplished Executive Director - Global Martial Arts Development to provide visionary leadership, strengthen international partnerships, guide technical excellence, and accelerate the worldwide growth of our martial arts initiatives.

This role is designed for highly respected leaders with extensive experience in coaching, technical leadership, federation administration, athlete development, international competitions, and global sports governance.

Your Mission

Lead the global growth and strategic development of Karate.Support by building meaningful partnerships with martial arts federations, national governing bodies, academies, clubs, educational institutions, and international organizations while advancing excellence in martial arts education, athlete development, and digital innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership

- Define and execute the long-term global strategy for Karate.Support.
- Advise executive leadership on martial arts development, governance, and international expansion.
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the global martial arts ecosystem.

Global Partnerships





- Build relationships with international, continental, and national martial arts federations, associations, academies, clubs, educational institutions, and sports organizations.
- Represent Karate.Support at international championships, conferences, technical seminars, congresses, and global sporting events.
- Develop long-term strategic collaborations across countries and regions.

Technical & Educational Excellence

- Guide technical standards, instructor development, coaching education, and athlete development programmes.
- Support curriculum development, certification frameworks, and digital learning initiatives.
- Promote excellence in coaching, officiating, and technical education.

Community & Ecosystem Development

- Strengthen relationships with instructors, coaches, referees, athletes, dojo owners, clubs, and federations.
- Support the growth of inclusive, collaborative, and globally connected martial arts communities.
- Encourage innovation while preserving the traditions and values of martial arts.

Strategic Growth

- Identify opportunities for international expansion and institutional collaboration.
- Support partnerships with governments, universities, sports authorities, Olympic committees, and international organizations.

Compensation

Annual CTC :₹30,00,000 - ₹75,00,000 per annum**

Compensation will be determined based on leadership experience, international recognition, strategic impact, technical expertise, and interview performance.
